At Smalls, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet by adopting sustainable practices and continuously striving for environmental responsibility. Here's how we're working towards a greener future:

Plastic-Free and Plant-Based Underwear: Our underwear is designed to be plastic-free and plant-based. Not only are our products comfortable and high-quality, but they are also compostable and can be disposed of in a backyard compost bin. By choosing Smalls, you help reduce landfill waste within the fashion industry.

  • At the end of life for a pair of Smalls, if composting is not an option for you, here are some additional sustainable decisions you can make for your old panties: use them as rags, drop them off at textile recycling centers, up-cycle or repurpose them for a sewing project, or hand them down to someone in need. Sustainable Shipping with Shopify As a business powered by Shopify, we utilize the Planet app to remove shipping emissions through high-leverage projects and trusted partners. Additionally, every time a customer places an order using Shop Pay, Shopify funds carbon removal to counteract the impact on the planet at no extra cost. This means your purchase not only brings you comfort but also supports a healthier environment.

Transitioning to Plastic-Free Packaging While our underwear is already plastic-free, we are currently in the process of transitioning our packaging to be plastic-free, plant-based, and compostable. We aim to complete this transition by the year 2026. Until then, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact as much as possible and exploring innovative solutions to achieve our packaging goals. In the mean time, hold on to that Smalls packing and reuse them in a variety of ways!

            Working Towards Carbon Neutrality Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality, ensuring that our operations do not contribute to the overall increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. While we are still in the planning stages, our steps towards this goal include:

            • Implementing energy-efficient practices in our production and distribution processes.
            • Investing in renewable energy sources to power our operations.
            • Partnering with environmental organizations to support reforestation and other carbon offset projects.
